You will need towels, about 1-2 cups of oil (olive or jojoba or use a mixture of equal parts of both) a plastic shower cap and access to a, stove and microwave/dryer. The first thing you want to do is place your oil in a coffee cup. Boil some water on the stove top and place in a ceramic bowl and remove from heat. Put your cup of oil in the boiling water, be sure that there isn't too much water in the bowl that it will flow into the cup of oil. Let this sit for about 5 minutes until the oil is nice and warm. Next you will want to apply it generously to pre shampooed hair. Place the shower cap over your hair and then heat a damp towel in the dryer or microwave and wrap the warmed towel around your head over the shower cap. Let sit for 20 minutes then rinse well and follow up with a light shampoo. You can get creative and add essential oils to the olive or jojoba oil.
